About Michelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am a healthcare executive with leadership experience across healthcare in New Zealand, the UK and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my career I have worked closely with founders, practice owners and leadership teams to improve organisational performance, strengthen team culture and support strategic decision making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership and organisational performance. I support leaders who want an experienced external perspective as their organisations grow and evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside my executive role, I lecture in Managing People and Organisations on MBA programmes and am currently undertaking doctoral research in healthcare leadership.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
